The Trajan 812 Band Saw is a miter cutting, semi-automatic band saw machine. It is capable of various cutting operations for different kinds of material. Cutting solid rounds, square and round tubings and other structural materials can be done with this band saw. At 0° the machine has a cutting capacity of 200mm (7 7/8”) for rounds; 200 x 200 mm ( 7 7/8” x 7 7/8”) for squares and 178 x 305 mm (7” x 12”) for rectangles. At 45°, it has a cutting capacity of 127 mm (5”) for rounds; 120 x 120 mm (4 5/8” x 4 5/8”) for squares and 120 x 125 mm (4 5/8” x 4 7/8”) for rectangles. The Trajan 812 Band Saw has a casting structure set that includes a strong gear box with bronze and steel gears that allows the machine to have a fast-change variable system and improves machine strength. It has a heavyweight machine table bed which also helps eliminate vibration and shock providing fast and precise cutting operation. The Trajan 812 Band Saw has a fully adjustable hydraulic down feed which controls the rate of descent of the saw head.
