Take a look inside a day with Celeste Hoffman as a Fitness Athlete. Learn how she incorporates healthy habits in her workout and health routine.

Things start early for Celeste as she typically wakes up around 3:30 AM to go on her morning run or bike.

The personal trainer and fitness athlete is preparing for the IronMan in Houston, Texas. This event includes 2.4 miles of swimming, 112 miles of road biking, and 26.2 miles of running. It will be her first full IronMan.

To prepare for this event, she spends 20 to 25 hours a week of training and follows a nutrition program. She learned at an early age to eat clean and nutritionally dense, low-human-intervention food.
